Lodging a Complaint
We strive to do things the right way and keep our customers happy. If you have a complaint about the products or services we offer, our objective is to resolve it in a fair, transparent and timely manner.

If you have a complaint in relation to the services or products offered by Allianz, QBE, NRMA Fleet Business or CIC Insurance companies, please call: 131 000. Alternatively you can go to the respective Insurer’s website and follow the prompts to lodge a complaint.
Still not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint with the Greenslip King or the Insurer, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Motor Accidents Authority (‘MAA’).
